Call Center Executive at Vidal Health Insurance in Chennai(Teynampet)

Job Role
• Handling inbound calls related to policies.
• Follow up with the internal team for Pre-Auth cases.
• Convincing customers related to claims.
• Provide Claim & Pre-Auth status to Public
• Update daily tracker to escalation team.
• Guide the customer about claims procedures.
• Providing information related to Scheme.

Criteria:

Graduation and Below Graduation

Fresher or Experience

Reading and Writing ability

Flexible to work from office

Commute on own.

Shift Timings:

Rotational shift

Working Days

6 days working and 1 week off(rotational week off)

Work Location: Teynampet, Chennai

Language Preference : Tamil, English
