Summary: Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. They are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to guests by executing the sales process and sharing product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need
- Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple
- Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Assist with merchandising and operational functions
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 10 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date
