Responsibilities: - Build and execute rigorous test plans across a wide variety of platforms (iOS, Android, web, and more), holding the bar high on quality and user experience - Ensure real-world scenarios and user expectations are accurately simulated before launch – because what goes live is what real riders experience on the ground - Be the connective tissue between Business and Technical teams, translating real-world partner needs into polished, production-ready TransitTech products - Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Expansion teams across the globe, ensuring everyone is aligned, informed, and moving fast - Own projects end-to-end – from scoping and planning all the way to delivery – acting as the technical project manager who keeps everything on track and on time Required Qualifications: - 0-2 years of professional work (or work-study) experience - Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex technical concepts for any audience - Ability to dig into technical details to understand systems and drive continuous improvements - Comfortable collaborating across teams and working independently - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift without compromising quality - Genuine excitement about technology and obsession with the end-user experience Preferred Qualifications: - A background in computer science or a related technical field strongly preferred Required Skills: Technical configuration, Test planning, iOS platform, Android platform, Web platform, Technical project management, System analysis Benefits: Free medical plans, 401K matching
