Key Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and relevant SuccessFactors modules.
• Functional expertise in Performance Management (PM) and Goal Management (GM) for PM/GM roles.
• Hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for payroll roles.
• Experience in integrations, reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance, as relevant to the role.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Experience in multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
