Summary: Vevo is the world's leading music video network, connecting an ever-growing global audience to high quality music video content. They are seeking a People Team Intern to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and technology, focusing on AI-driven solutions to optimize people processes. Responsibilities: - Research and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline People Team workflows - Own the end-to-end coordination and delivery of one specialized training course - Participate in and shadow 30/90 day "touch base" meetings to learn how we retain and grow talent - Conduct a comprehensive review of "The Beat" program to ensure it continues to drive employee connection - Partner with various HR functions to understand the full employee lifecycle Required Qualifications: - Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university - Desire to pursue a career in Human Resources, People Ops, or Organizational Development - Ability to work 30 hours per week from June 8th – July 31, 2026 Required Skills: AI-driven solutions, Human Resources Important Skills: Learning & Development, Project management Nice-to-Have Skills: Empathy Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Mentorship and professional development training
