Client Service Representative at VetnCare in El Dorado Hills, CA

Summary: Insight Veterinary Wellness Center is a hybrid hospital providing both Emergency and Primary Care services. They are looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to support their patients, clients, and clinical team by managing client interactions and facilitating communication between clients and medical teams. Responsibilities: - Greet and support clients in-person and by phone with empathy and professionalism - Triage incoming appointments and schedule accordingly - Manage check-in/check-out and payment collection - Provide education to clients about our hospital services and offerings - Facilitate clear communication between clients and medical teams - Support the team with additional duties as needed Required Qualifications: - Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not essential - Strong initiative, detail orientation, and ability to learn quickly - Excellent communicator with compassion for pets and people - Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system - Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus - Able to work independently Required Skills: Veterinary terminology, Multi-line phone system Benefits: Supportive, close-knit culture with opportunities for learning and growth
