Summary: Festival Veterinary Clinic is a full-service animal clinic serving pets and their families in Harford County, Maryland. They are seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience and managing appointment processes. Responsibilities: - Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms - Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments - Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests.
