Summary: Vestas is the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions, specializing in wind turbine design, manufacturing, installation, and servicing. The Assembly Technician I will be responsible for assembling nacelles and components efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools
- Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Adhere to Process Work Instructions and manual production processes, ensuring parts fit and are assembled correctly, including but not limited to bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings
- Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame
- Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed
- Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes
- Interpret schematics to accurately assemble machine components
- Collaborate with fellow assemblers to construct the final product
- Test and inspect components to ensure they meet our standards of uniformity and quality

Required Qualifications:
- Previous Manufacturing experience is required
- Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required
