Summary: Vertiv is a leading company focused on empowering the people that will power the future. They are seeking a dedicated Engineering Intern to join their Core Engineering team, providing hands-on experience in hardware and firmware development, particularly in Design and Test Engineering. Responsibilities: - Creation of Design Verification Test (DVT) plans for new liquid cooling products - Participate in performance testing (ASHRAE/AHRI) then utilize the results to validate designs, system controls, and analytical performance models - Collaborate across the disciplines of mechanical, electrical engineering, process engineering, as well as production offering teams - Participate in design and implementation of lab test facility upgrades and expansions, including training of test engineers and technicians Required Qualifications: - Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work - Collaboration and teamwork Required Skills: Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Generative AI Important Skills: Computer Engineering, Computer Science Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical Skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
