What you’ll be doing…
In this role, you will be an individual contributor supporting the Compensation Enablement team, which helps shape, lead, and drive Verizon's Business growth through comprehensive initiatives and programs. Your focus will be on compensation, incentive , and recognition programs that enable us to accelerate sales while achieving our commitments and providing the best end-to-end experience for our sales employees and stakeholders. This position reports to the Director of Sales Compensation Enablement for CX and Revenue Operations.
Responsible for various scopes, including managing resources, stakeholding, financials, process management, and adhering to quality and control guidelines. You will manage a fast-changing and evolutionary environment with expectations of uncommon and non-standard deliverables.
- Assessing market patterns and product metrics to identify revenue opportunities that boost team morale and maximize sales velocity.
- Examining operational output relative to established objectives, industry standards, and service-level agreements.
- Directing the governance of internal sales inquiries to maintain uniform operations across the enterprise.
- Partnering with various business units to organize and execute high-priority projects within tight windows.
- Creating high-level presentations and managing critical deliverables to ensure every requirement is met on schedule.
- Contributing to the design and rollout of specialized programs that foster scalable expansion and operational harmony.
- Prioritizing margin health by analyzing distribution costs and tracking vital performance indicators.
- Leading program oversight through diligent status monitoring, talent allocation, and proactive problem-solving.
- Owning the delivery of project roadmaps while coordinating contributors, funding, and critical milestones.
- Guiding the entire evolution of reward programs, from initial concept to financial modeling of ROI and topline results.

You will need a strong background in process improvement and the ability to analyze and manipulate data/ reports while multitasking and managing your time effectively to get everything done.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Two or more years of experience in Project Management or Operations or Finance experience
- Experience in finance, sales operations, commission, or project management.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A Master's degree
- Strong strategic thinking, finance, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Led cross-functional teams and aligned groups to a common goal.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that result in the achievement of critical business goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of organizational and time management skills.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $104,500.00 - $200,000.00.
