Job Description
• Manage product roadmaps for existing features • Work at a rapid pace and facilitate an environment where others are passionate about helping to deliver on your vision. • Define implementation strategy for product enhancements, new options and fixes • Own program priority list – define, align on priorities and hold program owners accountable through appropriate review process • Act as a single point of contact for product quality improvements and all mandatory compliance, including customer driven ones • Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity • Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary • Ability to work remotely from a remote location • Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement. • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures. • Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations. • Ensures work environments are adequate and safe. • Oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership. • Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives. • Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale. • Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes. • Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes. • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum Education: BS in engineering disciplines, MBA/MS a plus • Minimum Experience: 2+ Years applicable experience • Previous experience in a software company will be preferred
