They are seeking a motivated Junior Financial Analyst Intern to support their FP&A team with financial planning, forecasting, and project-based analysis in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data to support planning and forecasting activities - Support financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes - Perform project-based financial analysis, including ROI analysis, cost analysis, and performance tracking - Analyze variances and identify trends across financial data and reporting outputs - Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership review - Support scenario modeling and strategic planning initiatives - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and profitability - Maintain and update financial data, models, and reporting tools - Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and data-driven decision-making - Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or currently in progress) - 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics (internship experience acceptable) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables - Basic understanding of financial statements and financial concepts - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, or data analysis - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Interest in FP&A or corporate finance - Comfort working with AI tools or prompting for analysis and efficiency Required Skills: Financial analysis, Financial modeling, Financial forecasting, Microsoft Excel, Financial statements, Data analysis
