Job Description
This position supports a new law firm specializing in estate planning, family law, and corporate maintenance, focusing on U.S. citizens living abroad (expats).
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney with high quality
• Prepare and maintain corporate and asset-related documents
• Manage administrative workflows using AI-integrated intake systems and questionnaires
• Occasionally file court documents, manage service lists, and organize digital and court documentation
• Take detailed notes during training to ensure accurate revisions
• Maintain consistent availability and responsiveness during office hours via digital channels
Qualifications & Skills: Required:
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Experience as a paralegal, legal intern, or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to work independently
Preferred:
• 1–2 years working in a U.S.-based law firm
• 1–2 years experience in legal drafting
• Familiarity with transactional legal workflows and legal technology tools
Ideal Candidate:
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Strong ownership of work
• Comfortable with transactional legal matters and remote work
• Motivated to become a specialist in estate planning and corporate maintenance while supporting an international client base with professionalism and precision
