Job Profile:
Act as the bridge between HO, operational teams
Notifying the Hindrances to defend the Clients imposition of LDs, identifying costs for delays, claim submission,
Tracking contractual obligation of Client/Contractor. Schedule preparation, tracking, notification delay Analysis
Claims & Dispute Resolution: Addressing contractual variations, managing complex operational claims.
Maximize commercial value by identifying revenues, Additional items Identifying contractual risks.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all contract execution strictly aligns with environment mandates, and health and safety regulations.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking delivery timelines of contracts on hand, operational budgets, and quality milestones. They conduct regular site inspections to audit contract compliance.
Stakeholder Liaison: Partnering internally with legal, financial, and project management divisions while handling relationship management with external advisors if any.
To focuses entirely on the commercial architecture and legal frameworks supporting those field operations.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree Mining/Civil Engineering.
* Industry Experience: Typically requires 5 to 10+ years of contract management experience specifically within mining, large-scale infrastructure, heavy industrial, or oil & gas sectors.
* Technical : knowledge of standard industrial contract frameworks like FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) and EPC/EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) models.
* Software Proficiency: Experience with enterprise resource planning tools like MSP/Alongside advanced spreadsheet modeling/MS Word/XL.
* Site Demands: Requires medical fitness verification for mine site exposure and willingness to travel frequently to remote sites.
