Job Summary:

Support the QA/QC Director in strengthening and standardizing quality management practices across the organization. Lead corporate and project audits, drive process compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and establish robust governance frameworks that enhance operational efficiency, quality performance, and organizational accountability. Lead the readiness of the organization for the External ISO Audit. Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the company's integrated quality management systems across corporate functions and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the QA/QC Director in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Corporate Quality Management System (QMS), including quality standards, procedures, workflows, process maps, and governance frameworks across all business units and projects.
• Develop and execute annual audit programs across corporate functions and project operations to evaluate compliance, governance, operational effectiveness, risk management, and process maturity, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead internal audits across corporate departments and project sites to evaluate compliance, process effectiveness, operational controls, and organizational maturity.
• Develop audit methodologies, protocols, checklists, scoring systems, and reporting mechanisms to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Identify process gaps, non-conformities, inefficiencies, and compliance risks; conduct root cause analysis; recommend corrective and preventive actions; and verify implementation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with department heads to standardize business processes, strengthen internal controls, and continuously improve organizational performance.
• Review, develop, and enhance policies, procedures, SOPs, forms, and management systems to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and best practices.
• Support project QA/QC teams in strengthening quality assurance practices, compliance requirements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage and monitor compliance with ISO standards and certification requirements, including coordination of internal, external, certification, client, and regulatory audits.
• Conduct quality awareness programs, training sessions, and competency development initiatives across the organization.
• Benchmark industry best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, compliance, and business performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s Degree in Construction Management or Quality Management preferred).
• 18 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the construction industry, including at least 4 years as a senior QA/QC management or leadership role with reputed main contractors in UAE.
• Strong understanding of high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, and residential construction quality standards.
