Automotive Industry Professional to Recruitment
You've Built a Career in Automotive. Ever Considered Recruitment?
Workshop Controller? Service Manager? Parts Manager? Vehicle Technician? Dealer Manager?
What if you could use your automotive industry knowledge in a completely different way?
At Venatu, we specialise in automotive recruitment across the UK. We know the industry because many of our most successful recruiters have come directly from it.
We're looking for automotive professionals who understand dealerships, workshops, manufacturers and repair networks and want to use that expertise to build a rewarding career in recruitment.
You don't need recruitment experience.
We'll teach you how to recruit.
What we can't teach is the credibility, industry knowledge and network you've already built.
Why make the move?
- No weekend retail hours
- Build a long-term career
- Uncapped earning potential
- Use your industry knowledge every day
- Support, training and development from experienced recruiters
We're interested in speaking to:
- Vehicle Technicians
- Workshop Controllers
- Service Advisors
- Service Managers
- Parts Managers
- Dealer Management Professionals
- Automotive Aftermarket Professionals
If you've built your career in automotive and are ready for a new challenge, let's have a conversation.
