ABOUT THE ROLE
The PR & Marketing Intern will support Veevo Tech’s marketing, public relations, content, and brand-building activities. The role will assist in creating and coordinating marketing content, social media campaigns, promotional materials, and communication initiatives while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone. The intern will also support market and competitor research, content planning, campaign execution, and coordination with internal teams. A key part of the role will be helping translate Veevo Tech’s products, features, and initiatives into clear and engaging content, including social media posts, promotional copy, feature briefs, and short-form videos, in collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Content

• Execute brand, marketing, and communication activities across digital and offline platforms.
• Create, shoot, edit, and manage photos, videos, reels, social media content, website content, blogs, emails, and promotional materials.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, employer branding, and promotional activities.
• Maintain social media calendars, website content, marketing assets, and brand resources.

Research & Performance

• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, audience insights, and marketing opportunities.
• Monitor social media, website, and campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, social media developments, and emerging content formats.
• Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, storytelling, customer engagement, and brand building.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Product, Sales, HR, Customer Success, Operations, designers, and other creative resources to ensure timely marketing execution.
• Ensure content and marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company objectives and brand identity.
• Manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field.
• Strong content writing, video editing, social media, and creative skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, market research, SEO, and social media trends.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, creative, and comfortable using AI and emerging digital tools.
