Role & responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with franchise partners and business associates.
• Drive business through equity, mutual funds, insurance and other wealth products.
• Generate new franchise leads and onboard new partners.
• Achieve assigned revenue, AUM and business targets.
• Support franchise partners with product knowledge, sales strategies and client servicing.
• Monitor franchise performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and issue resolution.
