Summary: Veeam is the Data and AI Trust Company, specializing in helping organizations ensure their data and AI are fully understood, secured, and resilient. As a Talent Growth & Inclusion intern, you will support high impact projects focused on career development and learning enablement, while collaborating with various teams to enhance employee experiences through AI and digital tools. Responsibilities: - Support high impact, enterprise level projects focused on career development and learning enablement across Veeam - Think creatively about how AI and digital tools can enhance career development experiences, improve clarity for employees, and scale learning and growth solutions - Partner closely with members of the Talent Growth & Inclusion team, People Partners, and subject matter experts from across the business - Help bring some of our most strategic People & Culture priorities to life Required Qualifications: - Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree or a graduate student in an accredited college or university studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education or a related field - Strong interest in talent development, career growth, learning programs, organizational effectiveness or organizational change management - Familiarity or interest in emerging AI technologies and their application to workplace experiences - Curiosity about using AI to drive more personalized, efficient, and scalable employee solutions - Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize and organize complex information clearly - Comfortable working with data, templates, and structured frameworks - Organized and detail‑oriented; able to track tasks, feedback, and deliverables across multiple workstreams - Comfortable using digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and AI‑enabled tools; as well as a willingness to learn new technologies - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across functions - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment Preferred Qualifications: - prior internship, project, or coursework related to HR, learning programs, data analysis, or change initiatives Required Skills: Talent Development, Career Growth, Learning Programs, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Change Management, AI Technologies, Data Analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, AI-enabled Tools, Curiosity, Eagerness to Learn Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Paid Company Holidays during your internship, Tech Stipend to help set up your workspace, 8 Hours of Paid Volunteer Time through our Veeam Cares Program, Personal and Professional Development through our Internship Program
