HIRING – ESCALATION DESK
Location: Silk Board, Bengaluru
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 per month
Shift: 9-hour shift window
Shifts & Week Offs: Rotational
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Escalation Process or BPO
* Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
* Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
* Must be confident in handling customer escalations professionally
* No regional language requirement
Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
