IT Officer at VARQ PACKAGES PVT LTD in Korangi

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and email systems.
• Upload, download, and maintain employee attendance data through the attendance machine/system.
• Regularly check internet connectivity and resolve network or internet-related issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and recording equipment.
• Ensure CCTV cameras are functioning properly and maintain recorded footage as required.
• Monitor unauthorized access attempts and help protect company data against cyber threats.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure the security and confidentiality of company information.
• Maintain IT records and coordinate with external IT vendors for technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support.
