Job Title: Senior Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Generative AI and Agentic AI professionals with 5-14 years of overall IT experience to architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-based AI services to build intelligent, autonomous, and scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, chatbots, and autonomous agent workflows.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Create multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, task execution, and orchestration.
• Integrate LLMs with internal applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and AI response evaluation techniques.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and solution architectures.
• Ensure AI security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI application performance and accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices and innovation initiatives.

• Experience building production-grade AI applications and integrating them into enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and software design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Relevant certifications in Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related technologies.
