Supply Chain Internship - Summer 2026

Summary: Varda Space Industries is accelerating the development of commercial space infrastructure, aiming to create products that can only be manufactured in space. The Supply Chain Internship involves collaborating with the supply chain team to develop data structures, enhance system capabilities for advanced analytics, and improve workflows critical to the company’s success. Responsibilities: - Build data structure to support Supply Chain and Manufacturing KPIs - Review existing systems/tools and enhance reporting mechanisms - Publish Dashboards to automate reporting - Build automations within the Manufacturing Execution System Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program, majoring in Computer Science or Computer Engineering - Proficiency in Python, R, Java, Linux, C++, or VMWare - Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning algorithms - Familiarity with power automate, Prismatic, or similar - Must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. export regulations Preferred Qualifications: - Previous involvement in AI/ML projects or internships in a manufacturing environment - Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks - Experience with tools like PowerBI, Tableau - Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure - Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Required Skills: Python, Machine Learning, Data Visualization Important Skills: Cloud Platforms, ERP/MES Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Exciting team of professionals at the top of their field working by your side, Equity in a fully funded space startup with potential for significant growth (interns excluded), 401(k) matching (interns excluded), Unlimited PTO (interns excluded), Health insurance, including Vision and Dental, Lunch and snacks provided on site every day.
