Summary: Vaniam Group is an oncology-led partner to biopharma companies, and they are seeking an AI Operations and Enablement Intern. This role involves partnering with teams to identify workflows for AI enablement, designing AI-powered solutions, and creating resources for improved work efficiency. Responsibilities: - Audit existing workflows across functions (Client Services, Scientific Communications, People Operations, Business Development) to identify repetitive, high-effort tasks suited for AI enablement - Design and build standardized AI workflow playbooks that document step-by-step processes for using AI tools in day-to-day work - Develop a reusable prompt library and set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Claude, Copilot, and other approved AI tools, tailored to each functional area - Pilot AI-enabled workflow improvements with at least two teams, gather feedback, and iterate on the playbooks based on real-world use - Create training materials and quick-reference guides that support AI adoption across the organization - Present a final recommendations deck to leadership outlining adoption progress, measurable impact, and a roadmap for continued enablement Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Information Systems, Data Science, Organizational Development, or a related field - Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or process improvement (coursework, personal projects, or prior experience) - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly for non-technical audiences - Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment with collaborators across multiple time zones - Availability to work at least 20 hours per week for 10–12 weeks (June through August 2026) Required Skills: AI, Automation, Process Improvement, Prompt Engineering, Change Management, Workflow Design, Training Material Development, Independent Work Benefits: 100% remote environment, Positive, diverse, and supportive culture, Generous parental leave benefit, Work-Life Balance and Flexibility
