Client Experience Technical Product Owner Location: Malvern, PA Leads the strategic vision and roadmap for a technical product or products with cross-divisional impact, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product(s) and associated business areas. Products often have enterprise-wide implications. Overall Description: (75%)Managestechnical strategy (& implementation)forClient Experience data products (both client feedbacksurveydata& non-survey data)and owns Data Dependencymonitoring/alerts ecosystem,in partnership withtechnical, analytics, and product owner stakeholders across the division. (25%)Managesanalyticsdata(includingSQL code for senior leadership OKRs),and ensures data quality and data governance standards are achieved and communicated, supporting analytics stakeholders across the division TechnicalResponsibilities: Leads development and implementation of new technicalcross-divisionalproducts Influences and collaborates, acrosscross-functionaltechnicalteams,tooptimize data quality and data governance ecosystem. Drives connectionsacrossdata products /capabilities (data capture, analytics, reporting,engineering, operations, SQL management, etc.). Builds(& leads) theteam’s “DataDependency” program (includingdocumentation,monitoringcapabilities, alert functionalities, technical process maps), and required communications plans AnalyticsResponsibilities: Engages with internalanalyticspartners to understand business strategy,objectives,andKPIs. Leads“MonthlyDataQA”(ensuring key metricsacross multipledataecosystemsmatch),annualSQL codeoptimizationinitiatives,regularROI analyses,regular impact analyses,andongoingpartnershipswith other analysts tocontinuously enhanceallofthe above Managesa series ofsenior leadershipOKR Metrics(& respective SQL code)to ensure optimal data quality&data governancepractices What we're looking for: Strong communication skills Strong strategyexperience Client Experience(CX) background Financial Industrybackground TechnicalKnowledge: Data Engineering, Data Quality,DataLineage,DataGovernance,MetadataDocumentation,TechnicalProcessMaps,DataDependencyIdentification/Mapping,Data Architecture. AnalyticsKnowledge:SQL, Python,Power BI,Tableau,AWSS3Tables,Github,running formal Experiments and ROI analyses. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Minimum of eight years related business experience.
