Business Unit Strategy Analyst Location: Malvern, PA Leads ongoing andadhocstrategic assessments of the health of the business to create reporting and deliver actionable insights to drive decision making for senior leaders. Responsibilities: Develops and leads complex business, data, and strategic analyses. Consults independently to define the business problem, issues, and planned approach for research andanalyses. Leads work planning and business problem diagnosis. Synthesizes analyses and key findings into compelling narrative and actionable recommendations. Works with senior managers in the business to prepare and deliver materials, including dashboards, reports, presentations, etc. Interprets and analyzeshighly complexdata using business acumenin order toderive key insights. Verifies the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of the data. Displays, organizes, and crafts data into a compelling storyline with actionable insight for the business. Stays abreast of industry, market, and business competitive trends. Supports efforts to keep the senior management team informed of key industry, competitive, and product trends. Recommends new and enhanced capabilities and services. Collaborates with other business units including Data & analytics and sales to access data and shape narrative. Coaches and develops less experienced business strategy analysts in best practices and building business acumen. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of five years related work experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
