Role & responsibilities

1. Design & Development
• Conceptualizes designs based on brand guidelines.
• Creates tech packs, CADs, and prototypes.
• Selects fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for export quality.

2. Client Interaction
• Works with buyers or design teams from US, UK, or European brands.
• Interprets client feedback and adjusts designs accordingly.
• Ensures product aligns with brand identity and market trends.

3. Production Support
• Coordinates with production teams to ensure samples and bulk production match the design intent.
• Conducts fit sessions, approves pre-production samples, and resolves technical issues.

4. Trend & Market Analysis
• Tracks international fashion trends.
• Adapts designs to meet export standards and seasonal requirements.

Requirements for US/UK/EU Brand PD Designers
• Experience: 510+ years in product development and design for international markets.
• Technical Skills: CAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, pattern making, garment construction knowledge.
• Soft Skills: Communication with international clients, time management, understanding of sizing standards (US/UK/EU), quality control.
• Languages: English fluency (mandatory for US/UK/EU clients).
