Seekda, one of the portfolio companies under Aspire Software is Austria's leading hotel distribution and technology platform. Since 2007 we have helped hotels sell more rooms directly and run their business with less manual work. More than 4,000 hotels use our booking engine, channel manager, metasearch, payments, PMS and AI products, from independent family-run hotels in the Alps to hotel groups and chains. We are based in Vienna and part of Valsoft, a global group of vertical software companies.

You will join our commercial team in Vienna that reports to our Commercial Director. Account Management owns the relationship with our existing customers, New Business wins new hotels, and Onboarding and Support take customers live and keep them running. You will work alongside our other Account Manager and closely with Support and Product. Decisions are made quickly, and what you hear from customers shapes what we build next.

Role overview

We are looking for an Account Manager in Vienna to own a portfolio of existing Seekda customers, including some of our largest accounts. You are accountable for two things: keeping our customers and growing them. You will know each hotel's business well enough to act as its advisor: how it sells rooms, what share of bookings comes direct, which channels cost it most, and where Seekda can help it earn more. From that understanding you renew, upsell and cross-sell, and you carry a target for revenue retention and growth in your portfolio. What you will do • Be the main commercial contact for a portfolio of hotels and hotel groups. • Run regular account reviews (QBRs) with owners and general managers, focused on results: direct bookings, revenue and cost savings. • Monitor account health (usage, bookings, support tickets, sentiment) and act early when a customer is at risk. • Own renewals and contract changes, and negotiate pricing within agreed guidelines. • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our product range, including our new AI products. • Build relationships beyond a single contact, from front office to owner and group level. • Work with Support, Onboarding and Product to resolve issues and bring the customer's voice into the roadmap. • Keep accounts, activities and pipeline accurate in HubSpot, and forecast renewals and expansion reliably.

Qualifications:

Must have

• At least 3 years in account management, customer success or B2B sales, ideally in software (SaaS).

• A track record of retaining and growing customers, including turning around at-risk accounts.

• Commercial sense: you spot an upsell or a renewal risk without being prompted, and you are comfortable negotiating.

• The ability to understand how a hotel makes money and to talk credibly about revenue, costs and ROI.

• Clear, confident communication on the phone, in person and in writing.

• Fluent German and English.

• Organised and self-directed, able to manage many accounts and priorities at once.

• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience in hotel technology, or in a hotel (front office, reservations, revenue or management).

• An existing network in Austrian or German hospitality.

• Italian language skills.
