Job Description
Summary: Valor Christian High School is a Christian, college preparatory school dedicated to fostering growth in faith and service among students. The Discovery Administrative Support role is designed to support the department's mission and daily functions while working closely with students, parents, and team leaders.

- Provide Administrative and Team Support
- Provide team support regarding all matters, processes and initiatives
- Perform various administrative functions including providing excellent database management and digital media management, as well as completing a variety of organizational tasks
- Manage the approval process for student service hours utilizing existing software and systems
- Work with Discovery Coordinators to manage service hours, forms, deadlines and legal documents for team travel
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure experience leaders and volunteers are properly documented and trained
- Assist in managing volunteers to assist in event support and ongoing needs of the department
- Support the department with managing asset inventory and resources
- Broad support role throughout the department and for team leaders as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace highly preferred
- Database experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
