Make a Difference. Build Your Schedule. Join VOSH!

Valley of the Sun Homecare (VOSH) is looking for caring, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for part-time caregiving opportunities in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

With more than 16 years of experience serving local families, VOSH is committed to providing exceptional care while creating rewarding opportunities for the caregivers who make that care possible.

If you’re a CNA who enjoys helping others and wants the opportunity for consistent shifts and additional earning potential, we’d love to hear from you!

Why Work With VOSH?

• Established local company: We’ve proudly served the community for 16+ years.
• Part-time flexibility: We work with your availability to find shifts that fit.
• More availability = more shifts: Caregivers who can offer greater flexibility have access to more opportunities.
• Higher pay opportunities: Certain client areas offer additional hourly earning potential.
• Meaningful one-on-one care: Build relationships with clients and make a difference in their everyday lives.

Availability Requirements

This is a part-time position, and caregivers must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.

You must also be willing to work every other Saturday OR Sunday and have availability for at least ONE of the following shift patterns:

• Mornings: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, at least 5 days per week
• Days: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 3 days per week
• Weekends: At least 8 hours Saturday AND 8 hours Sunday

The more availability you provide, the easier it is for us to match you with regular clients and shifts.

What You’ll Need

Qualified candidates must have:

• CNA certification
• Access to a vehicle that would be driven to, with and from clients
• At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience
• Current TB clearance
• Current CPR & First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Current car insurance
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel 20+ miles each way to a client's home when needed

Flexibility Can Mean More Money

Our clients are located throughout Scottsdale and surrounding communities. We’re looking for CNAs who are comfortable traveling to clients’ homes.

Being willing to travel 20+ miles each way can open the door to more regular shifts — and certain client areas offer higher hourly pay.
