Summary: Valley Children's Healthcare is seeking a Student Intern to contribute to the development of hospital initiatives across various departments. This role focuses on performing entry-level professional duties under close supervision, providing practical experience and exposure to the hospital's organizational structure and services. Responsibilities: - Perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for successful performance - Gather and organize data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports - Assist in preparing written reports; filling; accompany professional level employees on assignment - Utilize Hospital and or department specific software to complete assignments Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required) - Program Current enrollment in undergraduate or graduate level degree program at Fresno State and have completed at least one semester of classes with a minimum 3.0 GPA. (required) Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in healthcare (preferred) - Interest in healthcare (preferred)
