Responsibilities: Provide daily administration and first-level support for logistics execution systems and applications Identify, analyze, and resolve application incidents and system issues Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates Manage user access and maintain related documentation and manuals Configure and support barcode-related devices Prepare reports and analytics based on business needs Gather business requirements, promote best practices, and support local solution development when needed Participate in business projects and system implementations Monitor project outcomes and business performance indicators to ensure expected benefits are achieved Support the deployment of standard business processes and applications across sites and shared services Train and support business users while ensuring alignment between global standards and local implementations Requirements: Educational background in IT, business, logistics, or a related field Strong interest in business applications, IT support, and logistics processes Solid understanding of relational databases and database management systems Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindset Experience with business ticketing systems is an advantage What we offer: 13th month salary Improvement bonus Cafeteria Employee referral program Employee Assistance Program Energy subsidy allowance Commuting support Company health insurance Accommodation support in case of relocation Job: Business Applications Support Organization: Site IS Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: 2026-05-12 Join Us !
