Summary: Vacatia operates resort properties and provides vacation hospitality experiences for guests. The Pool Attendant will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment, handle poolside facilities and supplies, monitor safety, and provide professional guest service.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for guests
- Clean and inspect pool bathrooms to meet safety and presentation standards
- Replenish supplies and notify management of needed repairs or maintenance
- Distribute and manage pool towels responsibly
- Clean, arrange, and maintain pool furniture daily
- Remove trash, debris, and potential hazards from pool and deck areas
- Monitor pool areas to help maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Interact professionally with guests and owners, delivering a Gold Crown–level hospitality experience
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
