Roles and Responsibilities :
• Ensuring all the RM / PM are available as per the plan/forecast
• Preparation of FTOs and PRs
• Monitoring timely delivery of materials and timely dispatches
• Coordinating with CFTs for smooth functioning and completion of the monthly targets
• Coordinating and tracking of new projects
• Monitoring of Projects, preparing a detailed project schedule, and tracking
• Coordinating with all the CFTs to smoothly complete the monthly plan and new projects.
• Arranging the PRs required for new projects
• Follow up for the completion of PFIs

Technical/ Functional Knowledge and Skills

- Good knowledge of the pharma process from manufacturing to packing

- Knowledge of GMP requirements

- Good knowledge on production planning and scheduling

- Good communication skill

- Good in Excel sheets and report preparation

- SAP / ERP knowledge is must

- Planning and Coordination

- Good communication skill
