Relationship Manager - Retail / Wealth Banking at V Konnect in Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and grow existing ones through retail banking channels.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for various products such as insurance, investment products, mutual funds, etc. to increase revenue generation.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues related to portfolio management, wealth creation strategies, etc.
  
• Meet sales targets set by the organization while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
