Summary: UW Credit Union is growing and hiring a Full-Time Teller to join our Junction Road branch. As a Full-Time Teller, you will accurately handle teller transactions while recognizing opportunities to recommend products and services that align with our members’ financial goals. Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist members at our Junction Road branch, representing UW Credit Union - Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy - Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services - Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line - Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures - Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members - Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate - Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations - Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience - Confidence with cash handling and transactions - Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds - Excellent interpersonal and professional skills - Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed - Ability to work in an autonomous environment Required Skills: Cash handling, Professional skills Benefits: 21.5+ days of annual paid time off, 2 weeks paid caregiver leave, 2.5 weeks paid new child parental leave, 2 days paid volunteer time, 11 paid holidays (includes your birthday!), 401k company match of up to 5%, plus approximately 4% discretionary match, Variable bonus reward, Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision plans, including domestic partner eligibility, Employee Assistance Program
