FP&A Manager / Senior Manager

At Utopia Brands, we're looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our growing finance team and play a key role in supporting financial planning, business performance, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop financial models, management reports, dashboards, and business forecasts.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and provide meaningful variance analysis.
• Partner with business teams to understand performance drivers and provide financial insights.
• Prepare monthly and periodic management reporting for senior leadership.
• Support business cases, investment analysis, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and planning systems.
• Support investor, board, and senior management reporting as required.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Consumer Products, FMCG, or other operationally complex businesses is preferred.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting/BI tools.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills with the ability to work across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
