CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE | MISSISSAUGA Location: Mississauga, ON, CA Help people create homes they love. Join our team as a full-time Customer Care Representative at our facility located in Mississauga, Ontario. Urban Barn is a national retail chain with over 50 retail stores across the country offering high-quality furniture and home décor. As a Customer Care Representative, you will answer inquiries on customer orders, process exchanges and returns, and provide product information in a courteous and professional manner. The Customer Care Representative consistently strives to achieve the highest standard of service with every customer interaction.  Our Customer Care Centre is open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work 40 hours a week and a variety of shifts during our peak customer times. This is an in-office position Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely if scheduled to work Friday-Sunday. Most shifts are between 7:30am – 6pm.
