Special Projects Lead at Urban Air Adventure Parks in Goodyear, AZ

Pay: $17.00/hr | Schedule: Part time

Role Overview

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Special Projects Lead to help keep our Goodyear park running smoothly. You'll support a variety of park projects and help keep the park clean, safe, and guest-ready. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in their work, and enjoys a mix of different tasks each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist management with special projects around the park, such as setups, repairs, re-sets, and improvements
• Keep attractions, play areas, party rooms, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Help set up and break down for events, parties, and promotions
• Restock supplies and keep storage areas neat
• Support other team members during busy times

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean environment
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior janitorial, maintenance, or facilities experience a plus
