Summary: Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team in Parker, CO. This role is responsible for maintaining pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic, including customer service, scheduling, and supporting clinic procedures.
