Job Description
Summary: Uphold is a financial technology company focused on on-chain services for finance. They are seeking a Junior Product Manager to own and evolve the product strategy for Enterprise products that incorporate blockchain technology, ensuring an improved customer experience through collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Enterprise products that embed blockchain technology into third-party products
- Deeply understand partner pain points through data, support tickets, user interviews, and direct partner feedback, and translate those insights into product decisions
- Partner with design, engineering, compliance, and customer success to ship features that meaningfully improve the customer experience
- Use AI tools extensively to accelerate research, prioritization, documentation, and analysis fluency in AI-assisted workflows is expected
- Utilize LLMs to generate prototype applications and experiences in order to accurately communicate your vision
- Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories that keep the customer at the center
- Define success metrics and instrumentation for widgets/embedded experiences; monitor performance and iterate post-launch
- Drive cross-functional alignment and clear stakeholder communication (problem framing, tradeoffs, sequencing, rollouts)
- Ensure scalable, consistent solutions (component reuse, UX standards, API contracts, and documentation that reduces integration friction)
Required Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in product management, engineering, or customer service (or equivalent role with product ownership and feature delivery responsibility)
- The ability to create user-facing product experiences (web/mobile/embedded) ideally widgets, portals, or integration-heavy UX
- A genuine obsession with customer experience you think in journeys, not system flows
- Strong written product craft: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder communications
- Comfortable working with technical concepts: APIs, webhooks, authentication, integrations, and edge cases (you should be able to code with an LLMs help)
- Ability to operate well in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action and iteration
- Strong attention to detail: At the end of your resume, add a section that describes an impactful embedded financial services experience and why you chose to include it
- Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Notion, and Figma
