Job Summary

Upen Group is seeking a Data Analytics professional to support data analysis, reporting, visualization, and data-driven decision-making across vendor and client projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Write and maintain SQL queries
• Clean, organize, and validate datasets
• Use Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Track and analyze KPIs and business metrics
• Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies
• Support recurring and ad-hoc analytics requests
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Document data definitions, reporting processes, and analytical requirements
• Support data and analytics projects involving vendors and clients

Required Skills

• Experience with data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Understanding of data analysis, data quality, and reporting concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Pay: $42,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Irving, TX 75038
