• Manage implementation projects from a technical and operational perspective, ensuring successful delivery within timelines

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes

• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and milestones to management

• Ensure merchants are informed promptly of implementation timelines and system changes, and support their timely compliance.

• Apply critical thinking to evaluate solution designs and ensure they are logical, practical, and well reasoned.

• Analyze business and technical processes to identify improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives

• Define business requirements and support development of system enhancements

• Collaborate with technology and operations teams on system design, UAT execution, and implementation

• Support the development lifecycle from solution assessment and prototyping through testing, implementation, production validation, and post-implementation support

• Enhance workflows, controls, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
