Stipend: 20 K per month

1. Educational Qualification

• Graduation in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Preference will be given to candidates pursuing or holding an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) or a Diploma in IPR.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in IPR Portfolio Management, including maintaining and updating records of intellectual property assets.
• Support IPR procedural formalities related to the protection and prosecution of intellectual property rights in accordance with applicable IPR Acts and Rules.
• Assist in patent and design registration activities and copyright-related matters.
• Research and prepare illustrations and summaries of relevant Patent, Design, and Copyright case laws.
• Support vetting and review of agreements related to intellectual property.
• Assist in managing external law firm invoices, coordinating with the Finance team, and maintaining related records.
• Support other legal, research, documentation, and administrative activities related to Intellectual Property Rights.

3. Preferred Skills and Experience

• LL.M. in IPR or a Diploma in IPR.
• Prior internship or work experience with an IP law firm or an in-house IP Cell.
• Basic understanding of intellectual property laws, including Patents, Designs, and Copyright.
• Strong legal research, drafting, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
