Summary: Unlimited Technology is a premier cyber and physical security specialty contractor committed to innovation and collaboration. They are seeking a dedicated Installation Technician Level I to install and maintain security systems while working alongside experienced technicians. Responsibilities: - Install alarm (intrusion), access control, and IP video systems, including card readers, locks, and contacts - Test, troubleshoot, and correct issues in security systems - Read and interpret drawings and equipment schematics - Provide updates to project managers and customers - Pull low-voltage cables and perform necessary demolition tasks Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or state-recognized equivalent - Ability to work with hand tools, read a multimeter, and operate in confined spaces and at heights - Willingness to travel on the East Coast if needed Preferred Qualifications: - 1-2 years of security installation experience preferred, or any relevant construction field experience - Ability to obtain and retain a U.S. Government Security Clearance preferred - DCJS Certified or the ability to obtain certification - Prior troubleshooting experience and knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Project are bonuses - Familiarity with systems like Software House, Lenel, AMAG, Galaxy, Brivo, Bosch, Southwest Microwave, Genetec, and/or Onssi is a plus Required Skills: Security system installation, Alarm (intrusion) systems, Access control systems, IP video systems, Card readers, Locks, Reading multimeter, Low-voltage cable pulling, Reading equipment schematics, DCJS Certification, Excel, Microsoft Project, Software House, Lenel, AMAG, Galaxy, Brivo, Bosch, Southwest Microwave, Genetec, Onssi Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage, Life insurance, 401 (k) w/company match 100% up to 3% and an additional 50% match of 2%, Paid time off, 11 Paid Holidays
