Projects Officer
Location: Darlington Campus
Full time, fixed term position until December 2028
Opportunity to contribute to team enablement initiatives for the Marketing and Communications team
Base Salary $89,755 + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
We are seeking a Project Officer to contribute and support the delivery of enablement projects. This role sits within the Marketing and Communications team and supports the delivery of cross-functional enablement initiatives that require strong project coordination skills. The team partners with stakeholders across the team to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
support the planning, coordination and delivery of priority projects for the Marketing and Communications team, including tracking timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies
prepare project documentation, updates, reports and other materials to support effective decision-making and delivery
use project management tools, including Asana, to manage tasks, workflows, project visibility and reporting
contribute to the development and improvement of project processes, templates and ways of working to improve consistency, efficiency and reduce manual effort
The successful candidate will have:
demonstrated experience in project coordination or delivery, ideally within a communications or digital environment
well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
experience with Asana or other project management tools highly desirable
effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
