They are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator A to assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting screenings, maintaining training materials, and managing study product accountability. Responsibilities: - Assist the Project Manager to coordinate recruitment efforts; conduct telephone eligibility screenings; complete in-person study visits; consent participants; oversee study sessions - Maintain training materials; Assist in training personnel on center-wide and study-specific SOPs (e.g. data entry/QC, phone screening, data collection, computerized behavioral tasks) - Assist supervision of 2 research assistants when applicable - Assist with management of study product accountability; maintain inventory records of study related materials and equipment - Coordinate data entry and quality assurance assignments - Attend monthly lab and staff meetings, Report directly to the Project Manager - Monitor and oversee sample logging and storage procedures to ensure accurate record maintenance for analysis - Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required - BA/BS in related field required with at least 2 years of experience preferred - Have practical experience working in a research setting - Be comfortable interacting with research subjects & research staff - Be familiar with collecting data through computerized behavioral tasks - Have regulatory experience (i.e. submitting protocols/consent, adverse event reporting, etc.) - Be organized and able to perform in a deadline driven environment Preferred Qualifications: - Supervisory experience is highly preferred Required Skills: Research experience, Data collection, Regulatory experience Important Skills: Supervisory experience Benefits: Health, Life, and Flexible Spending Accounts: Penn offers comprehensive medical, prescription, behavioral health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits to protect you and your family’s health and welfare., Tuition: Take advantage of Penn's exceptional tuition benefits.
