Summary: The University of Nebraska at Omaha is seeking an Automation Controls Technician to perform installation, operation, and maintenance of the Energy Management & Controls Systems for monitoring and controlling environmental conditions in campus buildings. The role requires a good working knowledge of HVAC systems and control devices, along with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside outside Contractors for the installation and commissioning of EMCS in new construction and renovation projects

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- One years' experience in the installation, diagnostics and repairs of automated controls for HVAC systems
- Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in HVAC Systems Technology or Electronics Technology
- Prior experience with Niagra/Tridum & Staefa systems
- Experience with lighting controls systems and utility metering systems
