Summary: The University of Kentucky is seeking a qualified candidate for a research analyst position at the Center on Drug and Alcohol Research. The role involves conducting research sessions, managing research logistics, and preparing data for reports and publications.
Responsibilities:
- Running research protocol session with human volunteers that will include collecting physiological and behavioral data as well as participant recruitment, processing and shipping of biological specimens
- Overseeing research infrastructure including subject payment budgets, supplies and record keeping
- Preparing data for presentation and publication support as well as assisting in the preparation of progress reports and grant applications
Required Qualifications:
- MS
- No experience required
- None
- Sitting for long periods of time
- The shift for this position will be mostly days but some evenings and weekends may be required
- The ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Act independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a substance abusing population is preferred
- Experience with computers required
