University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide in-home support to our clients in Saline, MI. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders and support
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Report any changes in client condition to supervisors
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or caregiving is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must be physically able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
